All The Way Back: The Story of Emily Fogle garnered a Gracie Award from the Alliance for Women in Media last month. Fogle, a RS senior from the Purdue University Swimming & Diving team, was named the 2016 Honda Inspiration Award winner last April and her inspiring story was highlighted during the live CBS Sports Network telecast of the 2016 Honda Cup presentation on the Collegiate Women Sports Awards Program.

The Gracie Awards recognize exemplary programming created by women, for women and about women in all facets of media and entertainment. They also acknowledge the individuals who have made inspirational contributions to the industry.

The Honda Inspiration Award has been given to a deserving female student-athlete in Division I, II or III for the past 28 years who has experienced extraordinary physical and/or emotional adversity, injury and/or illness, or experienced extraordinary personal sacrifice during her college enrollment as a student-athlete and yet returns to athletic success. The Class of 2017 Honda Inspiration Award winner will be announced next month and highlighted on this year's live broadcast on CBS SN on Monday, June 26.
