Bio
The 1990 winner of what was then the Honda-Broderick Cup is Suzy Favor from the University of Wisconsin. As a Badger, she dominated the sports of both track & field and cross country, capturing 23 Big Ten titles, including 21 individual and two team crowns, along with nine NCAA individual championships highlighted by four consecutive 1,500m outdoor titles. Suzy was named Big Ten Female Athlete of the Year three times and earned Big Ten Female Athlete of the Decade honors for the 1980s. Suzy also represented the United States in three Olympic Games, in 1992, 1996, and 2000, and now lives in Hermosa Beach, California.
