Bio
The 2014 winner of the Honda Cup is Alabama’s Kim Jacob, only the third gymnast to claim this Woman Athlete of the Year honor. She capped off an historic collegiate career by winning the NCAA’s all-around individual championship in 2014 and was also a key contributor to Alabama’s team titles in 2011 and 2012. Kim earned 11 All-America honors and was a standout both athletically and academically. She maintained a perfect 4.0 GPA all four years in Tuscaloosa, was a three-time SEC Gymnastics Scholar-Athlete of the Year, and earned CoSIDA Academic All-America of the Year honors in 2014.
